Colibo AI Enabler connects your organisation's AI and your Colibo intranet, in both directions. AI Actions brings AI straight into the page an employee is already reading, explaining a policy, summarising a document, or drafting an update, with every answer linked back to its source. The MCP connector works the other way round, giving your team's own AI tools, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible platform, permission-governed access to your intranet content.
No AI vendor lock-in: choose your AI platform independently for each direction, or use the same one for both.
Employees get answers drawn from your actual policies and procedures, complete with source links, not generic guesses from the open internet. Every request runs under the requesting user's own permissions, so sensitive content stays sensitive.
Both directions are shaped by Connector Intelligence: pre-configured AI behaviours that ensure source citation, confirmation before any write action, and escalation of sensitive topics to the right people.
