DESCRIPTION

Whether you're new to Colibo or not, this onboarding session is a brilliant way to become familiar with Colibo system administration. By the end of the session, you will be well-equipped to assist colleagues and work within Colibo as an administrator.

The Onboarding to Colibo System Administration session consists of:

• General introduction to the Colibo platform
• Introduction to system administration and configuration options
• Introduction to the Colibo backend
• Introduction to the use of "elevated rights"

Who is it for:

• New system administrators
• Existing system administrators (recap session)

The session typically lasts 2-3 hours and will be held online with a Customer Success Consultant. The session can be for individuals or for groups up to 3 people.
